Enclosed is the Quality Assurance Program for Shipment of 239 Plutonium-Beryllium Neutron Sources. This Quality Assurance Program is limited to shipment of 239 Plutonium Beryllium neutron sources in Model DOT 6M packaging from Franklin & Marshall College to the United States Departinent of Energy, Los Alamos National Laboratory, Los Alamos, New Mexico.
