Dear Sir / Madam:
This letter is being submitted to update the information provided in letters dated March 6,1998 and April 1,1998. The original letters were submitted in accordance with the requirements of 10 CFR 50.54(w) concerning the amount of property insurance coverage available for Limerick Generating Station (LGS) and Peach Bottom Atomic Power Station (PBAPS). The insurance information is l
required to be reported to the NRC by April 1 of each year.

PECO Energy has changed the Primary Insurer for the Peach Bottom Atomic Power Station from ANI/MAELU to NEIL. The policy limit for Peach Bottom Atomic Power Station remains unchanged at $500,000,000. PECO Energy continues to maintain $2,750,000,000 of property insurance at each station. The following information provides levels and sources of insurance coverage for LGS and PBAPS:
