NRC-27-99-001 Modification No. 2 Page 2 of 2 The purpose of this modification is to extend the period of performance, at no additional cost or obligation to the Government, from " September 30,1999" to " June 30, 2000." Modification No.1 states that the obligated funds will cover cost for work performed during the first year of the
' Agreement from October 1 i'D8 through September 30 1999. However due to several on-campus research projects lasting through the university's academic year (1999-2000), the Govemment and ORISE agree that the work will not be completed in its entirety until June 30, 2000.
Ali other terms and conditions under this Cooperative Agreement remain unchanged.
. A summary of obligations for this Cooperative Agreement, from award date through the date of this action is given below:
