NRC-02-96-004 Modification No. 5 Page 2 of 2 The purpose of this modification is to incorporate indirect cost rates based on Defense Contract Audit Agency Audit Reports number: 3501-97S23000003 dated March 6,1997; 3501-97S10150001 dated September 24,1997; 3501-98S10150001 dated August 17,1998; 3521-99W15500001 dated March 9,1999; 3521-99W15500006 dated April 5,1999, and Southwest Research Institute's letter dated July 21,1999. Accoroingly, the contract is modified as follows:
