You are dirooted to stop aN work on Task s-entitled "Enha$:ed Document Processing" in support of the subject contreet effective March 23,1998. Thk action is necessary pending the issuance of a contract modifloation which reduces the sop' pe of work in sooordance with contract clause FAR 52.243 Changes - Cost Reimburseer ont Alt I (APR 1984). You shall discontinue to purchase those items of supplies, servions, motorials, or equipment as addressed in the above out(eat contract for Task e. Also, any subcontractor effort on Task 6 is diredted to stop.
Acceptance of this letter should be made by having an officle), authorized to bind your orgenlaation, execute three copies of this document in the appas provided and retum two copies to the below Contract Specialist. You should rotein tte third copy for your records.
