Modification No. 3 to Task Order No.15(D) Under Contract No. NRC-02-96-004 The purpose of this moditication is to extend the period of performance through December 31, 1997, at no additional cost or obligation to the Government. Accordingly, the task order is hereby modified as follows:
The first sentence, second paragraph of the definitization letter is deleted in its entirety and the following is substituted in lieu thereof:

" Task Order No. 15(D) shall be in effect from March 21, 1997 through i
December 31, 1997 with a cost ceiling of $56.849."
