This effort shall be performed in accordance with the enclosed Statement of Work.-
The period of performance for Task Order No. 5 shall be from February 27,1998 through April 30,1998 at the fixed price amount of $47,876.

Gusack, OCFO - (301) 415-6054 Backaround The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) must comply with new Federal financial accounting standards and reporting requirements since the passage of the Chief Financial Officers Act of 1990. The Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO) of the NRC requires financial management advice and guidance concerning accounting and audit issues that affect the NRC's annual financial statements, accounting policy and operations. The OCFO also seeks assistance in the preparation of the annual financial statements and compilation documentation, account reconciliations and other general-financial support tasks.
Obje.Cliya The objective of this task order is to obtain contractor support to complete flow charts for the draft Billings and Collections manual, to test the procedures under actual operating conditions, and to provide a final draft of the Billings and Collections manual.
Work Requirements The' contractor shall provide qualified personnel to complete the following tasks:

1.
Prepare Chapter for Refunds and Appendix for Correspondence Tracking.
2.
Incorporate NRC's comments and prepare all the draft chapters and appendix for testing with users.
3.
Test draft procedures (walk-throughs).
4.
Update narrative, exhibits, flowcharts, based on test results and produce a final draft.
5.
Overall project coordination.
