Dear Ms. Colina:

This confirms verbal authorization granted to you on February 13. 1998 and March 4, 1998 by Arita Hughes of my staff to commence work under the subject task order.

The purpose of this modification is to:

(1) extend the expiration date of the subject task order from " February 13. 1998" to " June 13, 1998" at no additional cost or obligation to the Government. (2) increase the level of

effort by 140 professional hours and 80 non-professional hours due to software changes-to the HFIS, which are required by NRC's IRM office in order for this

. system to be integ sted with other IRM client / server systems. (3) increase the task order's obligated amount by $15.000 from $85.828 to $100.828. and (4) increase the task order's ceiling amount by $17.246 from $85.828 to i

In.accordance with Section G.5(c) of tiie subject contract, entitled ' Task Order Award." this letter definitizes Modification No. 2 to the subject task order.

2 Contract No. NRC-03-93-036 Task Order No. 62. Mod. 2 The second paragraph of the definitization letter of the basic task order is deleted in its entirety and substituted with the following in lieu thereof:

" Task Order No 62 shall be in effect from June 9. 1997 through June 13.-1998.with a cost ceiling of $103,074.

The amount of $95.170 represents the total estimated reimbursable costs. the amount of $7.614 represents the fixed fee. and the amount of $290 represents the facilities

?capitel~ cost of money."

The issuance of this task order does not amend any other terms and conditions

- of the subject task order.

A summary of obligations for the subject task order, from award date through the date of this action, is given below:
