Discussion
- 1. The plant usage fact:-= are currentiy controlled by standard specification ME-946. The last update was in Aug.1993. The next update is planned for 1998. The Nuclear Materials group is currently responsible for collecting information on plant usage factors.

The CMP resulted in a UIR and ACR on thi; topic. The current program does not monitor all of the cycle = that it should. (ACR 97-0841) One of the corrective actions (AR 97012464) will result in a procedure for Unit 2 similar to what Unit 3 has.

- 1. The TRM is approximately 3 years old. It is consists of two parts: Section 1 is NNECo clarifications of technical specifications requirements. Section 2 contains the requirements that have been removed from the technical specifications. For example, Appendix R, Fire Protection, Instrument response times, etc.
- 2. Typically the TRM is keep with the technical specifications. NOTE:
Following the conference, Parsons confirmed that they have a copy of the L
TRM. It was with the technical specifications supplied by NNECo as part of initial generic documents.

- 1. The Millstone program has never required the actual test data to be documented,it is a past/ fail chtck. The material test analyze gives a printout of the results and sometimes this is attached to the MRIR.

FOLLOW-UP QUESTION: The list of Commercial Grade Dedicuion packages provided in response to RAI 106 eppears to contain three item for 1995 and nothing for 19% and 1997. Has Millstone done any dedication evaluations in the last two years?

Since November 1996 all of the commercial grade evaluations have been done in MIMS which is part of PASSPORT. Possibly the list provided in response to RAI 106 did not include the MIMS data.
