UNIVERSITY'0F WISCONSIN AT MADISON CENTER FOR HUMAN PERFORMANCE IN COMPLEX SYSTEMS AND THE U.S. NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION The purpose of this modification is to reflect a change in NRC Project Officer. Accordingly, the followiffg changes are hereby made:
