SUBJECT:
POINT BEACH NUCLEAR PLANT, UNITS 1 AND 2 - WITHDRAWAL OF AN AMENDMENT REQUEST (TAC NOS. M94320 AND M94321)
Dear Mr. Sellman:
By letter dated December 13,1995, Wisconsin Electric (WE) Power Company applied for amendments to the Point Beach Nuclear Plant, Operating Ucense Nos. DPR-24 and DPR-27.
The proposed changes would have modified the facility Technical Specifications by implementing a core operating limits report. Subsequently, by letter dated April 6,1998, WE withdrew the amendment requests.
The Commission has filed the enclosed Notice of Withdrawal of Application for Amendments to 1
Facility Operating Licenses with the Office of the Federal Register for publication.
