By letter dated December 17, 1996, Houston Lighting & Power Company (HL&P) arovided its 10 CFR 50.59 summary Report. Unreviewed Safety Question Evaluation (USQE) #92-022, which evaluates the doses resulting from potential leakage of containment sump water into the refueling water storage tank, was one of several USQEs from the Summary Re) ort that the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff selected for furtier review. Upon notification that USQE #92-022 was selected for further review, HL&P promptly provided the USQE
