BBL is submining this FOTA request to obtain file information reganling tim Dow Bey City, Michigan site, License No. STB 527, Docket No. 04000017. At this time, BBL is reauesting copies of all corra=pra4*nce between the NRC and Dow dated between January 1,1996 and the present, and copies of all inepection reports relating to the current decommissioning project.
