SUBJECT:
SITE ACCESS AUTHORITY FOR MICHAEL K. WEBB Please add Mr. Webb to your site access authority. When project management responsibility for Maine Yankee Atomic Power Station is transferred from Division of Reactor Projects East to Division of Reactor Program Management later this month, he will be assigned as the NRR Project Manager for Maine Yankee and will require site access to the plant. Mr. Webb completed site access (radiation protection) training in April 1997 and thus is capable of safe conduct in radiologically restricted areas.
Mr. Webb is an employee of the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission. To my knowledge, he has not exhibited adverse character traits or aberrant behavior.
