Operating License No. DPR-50 Docket No. 50-289 Final Safety Analysis Report, Update 14 Fire liazards Analysis Report, Revision 17 Enclosed are one signed original and ten copics of the Final Safety Analysis Report, Update 14 (UFSAR),
for TMI-1, submitted pursuant to 10 CFR 50.71(c). This UFSAR update package contains changes necessary to reflect facility changes, procedure changes and analyses through October 19,1997, which marked the end of the 12R Refueling and Maintenance Outage.
In addition, as part of the annual SAR update process, enclosed herewith is one copy of Revision 17 to the Fire liazards Analysis Report (FliAR). The F11AR, Revision 17, reflects the methodology used at TMI-l to meet 10 CFR 50, Appendix R. Revision of the document reflects changes to plant design and fire hazards analysis incorporated since Revision 16, through February 1,1998, as annotated by revision bars on the affected pages.
