This letter is intended to provide notic~e of Westinghouse Engineered Products Department's (EPD) intent to fabricate TRUPACT II containers, package identification number i
USA /9218/B(U)F-85, within 45 days from the receipt of this letter. This letter is being submitted I
in compliance with 10CFR71, section 71.93 (c).
I Fabrication is contingent upon the award of a contract that is currently scheduled for October 29,
' 1999. Westinghouse EPD will manufacture the containers using its USNRC approved Quality Assurance Program, docket number 71-0900, expiring March 31,2004.
