Modification No.10 to Task Order No. 2 under Contract No. NRC-02-95-002 The purpose of this modification is to add within scope work to the Statement of Work in accordance with the contractor's technical proposal dated March 30, 1998.
In addition, this modification increases the task order ceiling by $128.261 from
$396.289 to $524.550 and provides incremental funding in the amount of $65.566.
Accordingly. the obligated amount of this task order is increased by $65.566.
I from $396.289 to $461.855. of which $424.890 represents the reimbursable costs and $36.965 represents the fixed fee.

MODIFICATION TO STATEMENT OF WORK TASK ORDER NO. 2 CONTRACT 10. NRC-02-95-002 More financial assurance documents have been submitted for review than initially anticipated.
The objective of this modification is to provide for the continuation of technical assistance to the NRC in the reviu of financial-assurance documents.
The reviews shall continue to entail ensuring that all submittals are' complete, valid and meet requirements and shall conti.nue as delineated under subtasks A and B in the original Statement of Work.
Section 4.0. Level of Effort i
The level of effort is estimated to be 1.453 staff hours for the period April 15.
