Page 2 of 2 The purpose of this modification is to: (1) increase the contract ceiling by
$7,951.40 from the current ceiling of $292,448.60 to $300,400.00, and (2) provide incremental funding in the amount of $30,000.00 thereby increasing the obligated amount from $270,400.00 to $300,400.00.- Accordingly, the contract is modified as follows:
1.
Under Section B.4 entitled " CONSIDERATION AND OBLIGATION--DELIVERY ORDERS, (JUNE 1988)," the fitst sentence of paragraph (a) and the first sentence of paragraph (e) is revised to read:
(a)
The total estimated amount of this contract (ceiling) for the two-year base period for products / services ordered, delivered, and accepted under this contract is $300,400.00.
(e)
The amount presently obligated with respect to this contract is
$300,400.00.
All other terms and conditions of the subject contract remain unchanged.
A summary of obligations for this contract, from award date through the date of this action is given below:
Total FY94 obligation amount $135,200.00 Total FY95 obligation amount $165,200.00 Cumulative Total of NRC Obligations $300,400.00 This modification obligates FY95 funds in the amount of $30,000.00.
