The Commission appreciates the willingness of the industry to participate in a pilot program to test key elements of the potential rule modifications.

. The Commission will consider your views during its review of the 10 CFR Part 73 rulemaking plan that is expected to be submitted to the Commission later this month. The NRC is l

committed to meeting with the Nuclear Energy institute and other stakeholders as work continues on this effort.
