In my memorandum to you dated September 3,1999, I committed to provide you with our
. proposed schedule for the review of the Trojan License Termination Plan (LTP). The following is our proposed LTP review schedule:
i Deliverables to NRR Dates First set of questions December 12,1999

Second set of questions,if necessary February 28,2000 SER,'EA, and proposed license conditions -
May 29,2000

Also, the project manager should schedule the LTP public meeting near the Trojan site for late
. November or early December, based on Region IV's availability.
