MODIFICATION NO 1 TO TASK ORDER NO. 3 UNDER CONTRACT NO. NRC-08-97-302
Dear Mr. Kellogg:
Our records indicate that all effort in relation to the subject task order has been completed and excess funds in the amount of $3,725.95 exist under the task order. The purpose of this modification is to deobligate these funds for use in other immediate Agency requirements.
Funds in the amount of $1,427.72 which represent fee not yet paid and still owed to your orgnization, will be retained under the task order pending expiration and final closeout of the contract.
