UNILATERAL MODIFICATION TO TASK ORDERS TO REDUCE CEILING AND OBLIGATION AMOUNTS UNDER CONTRACT NO. NRC-03-93-026
Dear Mr. Lofy:
The purpose of this modification is to adjust the task order ceilings of the attached task orders to reflect downward adjustments in the task order s
ceilings in accordance with Parameter. Inc.'s letter dated February 13, 1998.
A deobligation of funds to reflect the revised ceilings for Task Orders 094 101. 103, and 125 has also been taken. As a result of these adjustments, an additional 5230.375.75 is now available for the submission of additional task orders.
