Modification No. 6 to Task Order No. 5 under Contract No. NRC-02-95-002 The purpose of this modification is to (1) add within scope work to the Statement of Work as per the attached page and in accordance with the contractors technical proposal dated 09/09/99; and (2) to increase the ceiling and obligated amounts by $18,963.

The ceiling and obligated amounts for this task order are increased by $18,963, from $77,925 to

$96,898, of which $89,110 represents the reimbursable costs and $7,788 represents the fixed fee.

. e TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE IN COST ESTIMATING AND FINANCIAL ASSURANCE CASE REVIEWS TASK ORDER NO. 5 ENTITLED REVIEW OF EXISTING FINANCIAL ASSURANCE GUIDANCE UNDER CONTRACT NO. NRC-02-95-002 MODIFICATION NO. 6 TO THE STATEMENT OF WORK 4.0 Level of Effort increase the level of effort by .1 FTE to allow for completion of revisions to the guidance document NUREG-1337.

6.0 Scope of Work in addition to the work effort stated in the original SOW, the contqctor shall perform assistance in the following efforts: (1) to address public comments on Draft Regulatory Guide DG-3014 (Proposed Revision 1 to Regulatory Guide 3.66); (2) to finalize NUREG-1337, Revision 1; and (3) to finalize the technical position on financial assurances for uranium recovery facilities.
