N RC-29-83-624 Modification No.19 Page 2 of 2 The purpose of this modification is to increase the obligated amount of this cooperative agreement by $42,250.00 from $1,088,325.00 to $1,130,575.00, and extend the period of performance from December 31,1997, to June 30,1998. The Contractor is hereby notified that no further extensions will be granted. The funding provided is to enable the Contractor to
, perform the necessary efforts associated with completing the Independent Radiation Monitoring i
Progmm under this cooperative agreement. Accordingly, the following changes are hereby j made:
- 1. Aticle lli- PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE, Paragraph A. is revised to read as follows:
i "A. The period of performance hereunder shall commence on January 1,1983, and shall continue through June 30,1998."
- 2. Article V - CONSIDERATION AND PAYMENT. Paragraph A., Consideration. Paragraph 3., is revised to read as follows: j l
"3. The amount presently obligated by the Commission with respect to this ,
cooperative agreement for the CY 1998 effort is $42,250.00. The total amount I l obligated since inception of this agreement is increased by $42,250.00 from l $1,088,325.00 to $1,130,575.00."
