Based on available information, it appears that there are excess funds l

remaining under this contract. Therefore, the purpose of this modification is l

to decrease the amount obligated by the Commission as follows:

Section B.4. Considerations and Obligation - Time and Materials Contract.

paragraph (d) is decreased by $10.778.07 from $74.900.00 to $64.181.93.
