. Mr. L.- Wilborn of this office dur' fop the period February 19-22, 1991, of.
activities author.ized by NRC Operat,ing License NPF-38 for the Waterforc! Steam
Electric Station, Unit 3, and to the discussion of our findings with
Mr. J. R. McGaha and other members of your staff at the :onclusion of the
inspection on February 22, 1991.
Areas examined during the inspection included confirmatory dose calculations of
the offsite doses from liquid and gaseous radioactive effluents released to the
environment. Within these areas, the inspection . consisted of selective

examination of procedures and representative records, interviews with
personnel, and observations by the in!.pectors.
The inspection findings are
' documented-in the enclosed inspection report.
Within the scope of the inspection, no violations or deviations were
identified.
