CORRECTION LETTER TO NOTICE OF ENFORCEMENT DISCRETION FOR TEXAS UTILITIES ELECTRIC REGARDING, COMANCHE PEAK STEAM ELECTRIC STATION - UNITS 1 AND 2 (TAC NOS. MA1171 AND MA1172)

Dear Mr. Terry:
On March 17,1998, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission granted enforcement discretion not to enforce compliance with the actions required in Comanche Peak Steam Electric Station (CPSES) _
Technical Specification (TS) Surveillance Requirement (SR) 4.0.3 and SRs 4.8.1.1.2f.4)a) and 4.8.1.1.2f.6)a). Page 2 of our letter inadvertently contained incorrect information, in the last paragraph, we incorrectly stated that you would submit a license amendment request by March 16,1998. The correct date is March 18,1998. Also, in the last paragraph, we incorrectly stated that the enforcement discretion was orally issued on March 13,1998, at 5:18 p.m. EST.
- The correct time was 3:10 o.m. EST (the 3:10 p.m. time was correctly stated in the previous paragraph).
A correct page 2 is enclosed. We regret any inconvenience this oversight may have caused.
