VALIDATION OF ELECTRONIC EXPOSURE REPORT FOR THIRD QUARTER 1997 The computer disks containing the employee exposure report'for third quarter 1997 have been received and validation reports are attached for your review arid acceptance. None of these records have been entered into the NRC database yet.
We request that you have your Radiation Safety Officer cr other appropriate individual for your office review the records for your employees and verify that they are acceptable. Please
' provide comments concerning the acceptability of this report to us by April 17,1998.
Only the records on the " Passed Validation" list will be entered into the NRC database. You
. must provide us with the necessary information to correct the other records if you want them entered into the NRC database.
If you have any questions, please contact Kevin Ramsey at (301) 415-7887. Mr. Ramsey is the Technical Monitor for this contract.
