In accordance with the requirements of 10CFR20.2206 (b), Southern Nuclear Operating Company previously submitted electronic media containing the infoimation required by NRC Form 5 on April 8,1997 by letter LCV-0999 as the Vogtle Electric Gec rat:ng Plant results of individual monitoring for 1996.
Enclosed are the corrected NRC Form 5 for six ind;viduals included in the above report.
These have been corrected to reflect reanalyzes ofinternal dose assessment data. These individuals were not required to be internally monitored, however this reporting of their internal dose is being done to provide a more accurate indication of their 1996 radiation exposure recorded in the REIRS database.
