.D NRC-39-88-208 Modification No.15 Page 2 of 3 The purpose of this unilateral modification is to: 1) exercise the one-year option,2) revise the period of perfonnance, 3) increase the obligated amount,4) increase the ceiling amount, and 5) change the method of payment to advance payment. Accordingly, the following changes are hereby made:
1)
NRC hereby exercises the option specWied in item No. 2 of the statement of work. As a result, item No. 2 of the statement of work is hereby revised in its entirety to read as follows:
"The period of performance hereunder shall commence on 3/27/98 and shall continue through 3/26/99. At the end of this period, the Cooperator will be required to submit a cost proposal to the NRC for addibonal years."

Due to NRC exercising the ophon under this coopei.uve agreement, item No. 3, erCitled " Cooperative Agreement Period" of the Notice of Cooperative Agreement is hereby revised to read as follows:
"From 12/27/87 to 3/26/99" 3)
The obligated and ceiling amounts are hereby increased by $3,437.64 to cover the option period. Please note that $100. 00 in previously obligated monies remaining under this cooperative agreement are to be used toward the funding of this option year.
As a result, the obhgated amount per this modification of $3,437.64 plus the amount unspent of $100.00 equals the total amount of the option period $3,537.64. As a result, item No.15 entitled " Funding Sources" of the Notice of Cooperative Agreement is hereby revised as follows:
