The Annual All Agreement States Meeting is planned jointly by the Organization of Agreement States (OAS) and the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission. The OAS Chairman for 1998 will be Mr. Roland G. Fletcher, Manager of the Radiological Health Program in the State of Maryland. Both the current Chairman, Mr. Robert Quillin of Colorado and Mr. Fletcher have been informed of your interest in sending a representative to the 1998 Annual All Agreement States Meeting.
The OAS Chairmen and i extend an invitation to you and your staff to attend the 1998 Annual All Agreement States Meeting. I will provide speaific information about the meeting location and date at a later time.
