FEDERAL REGISTER PUBLICATION OF CHANGE TO NRC ENFORCEMENT POLICY l
Attached are a Federa/ Register notice and diskette to publish a change to the NRC Enforcement Policy. By SRM dated October 7,1999, the Secretary of the Commission advised that the Commission had approved (with comments) publication of changes to the Enforcement Policy submitted by SECY-99-219. Please forward the attached changes to the Policy for publication in the FederalRegister.
Also attached is the Congressional letter package for transmittal to the Office of Congressional Affairs. This package includes the letters for the oversight committees and three forms to submit to the presiding officers and GAO under SBREFA.
