Modification No. 3 to Tack Order No. 208 entitled, " SUPPORT FOR PART
Subject:
ONE OF THE PRA IMPLEMENTATION PLAN" Under Contract No. NRC-03-95-026 The purpose of this modification is to incorporate a within scope change to the task order in accordance with the attached S0W: increase the contract ceiling amount in the task order by $45.197,00, from $321.199.00 to
$366,396.00, and increase the amount obligated in the task order by
$45,197.00, from $321,199.00 to $366.396.00. Accordingly, the subject task order 1s hereby modified as follows:
The third paragra?h, secotid sentence, as stated in the basic task order, beginning with "T1e total ceiling...." is deleted in its entirety and substituted with the following in lieu thereof:
"The total cost ceiling is $366,396.00, of which the sum of $351,019.00 represents the reimbursable costs and $15,377.00 represents the fixed fee."
This task order modification obligates additional funds in the amount of
$45.197.00. Accounting data for this modification is as follows:
