We have reviewed the subject contract file documentation and have determined that all actions have been completed.

On October 7,1999, the Contract Specialist authorized the release of the 15% fee withheld in the amount of $1,868.10. Therefore, total payment in the amount of $197,672 has been accomplished. All obligations have been met by the parties and the contract is officially closed out.
