Mod # 19 Con # NRC-08-92-372 CONTINUATION PAGE The purpose of this modification ~is to 1) extend the period of performance of this agreement to April 15, 1999, 2) obligate $50,000 in job code U9700 thereby increasing the net total funds obligated under this agreement by
$50,000 from $1,475,927 to $1,525,927 and 3) increase the ceiling amount of the Agreement by $50,000 from $1,475,927 to $1,525,927. Accordingly, the following chang;.; are hereby made:
- 1. Article II - Period of Performance, the first sentence is revised to read:
The period of performance of this agreement shall be from March 1, 1990 through April 15, 1999.
- 2. Article V - Obligation of Funds and Estimated Amount is revised to read:
The total estimated amount of this Agreement for the total period of performance (3/1/90 - 4/15/99) is $1,525,927.
The amount presently obligated by the NRC for this Agreement is $1,525,927.
- 3. This modification obligates FY 98 funds in the amount of $50,000.
- 4. A summary of the obligations on this Interagency Agreement from the award date through the date of this action is given below:
Total FY 90 obligation amount: $103,000.00 l
