Gentlemen:
This refers to the inspection conducted by J. E. Bess of this office during the
period-of February 19-22, 1991, of activities authorized by NRC Operating
License !!PF-38 for Waterford Steam Electric Station, Unit 3, and to the
discussion _of our findings with you and other members of your staff at the
conclusion of the inspection.
The t ~; excmined during the inspection was plant operation procedures. Within
this area, the inspection consisted of selective examination of procedures and
representative records, interviews with personnel, and observations by the_
inspector. The inspection findings are documented in the enclosed inspection
report.
Within the scope of the inspection, no violations or deviations were
identified.
- We have also examined actions you have taken with regard to previously
identified inspection findings. The status of these items is identified in
paragraph 2 of the enclosed report.
