Authorized Holders of Security Plan Please find attached Revision "O" to the Ginna Station Security Plan. Revision "O" consists of drawing modifications. The enclosed drawings were updated to accurately show the locations of security equipment.
The enclosums to this letter contain Safeguards Information which should be protected from public disclosure in accordance with Part 73.21 Code of Federal Regulations.

GINNA NUCLEAR POWER PLANT PHYSICAL SECURITY PLAN SYNOPSIS OF CHANGES The following changes to the Physical Security Plan, designated Revision "O", dated March 20,1998 consists of drawing modifications. The below listed drawings were updated to accurately show the locations and labeling of security equipment. No changes were made which could reduce the effectiveness of the security program.

Figure 7 - Drawing #34600-0119. Rev.1, Sheet I has been updated to show the equipment idmdfic2 don numbers for the Protected Area entry and exit card readers and pull boxes were added.

Figure 10 - Drawing #34600-0008, Rev. I has been updated as follows:
A)
The location of security weapons safes and their equipn ent identification numbers have been added.
B)
Indicates a change in designation for the exterior plant doors (excluding those for Vital Areas).
C)
Elimination of miscellaneous tamper switches on fuel cranes and elevators. The switches we installed in 1979 for mixed oxide fuel handling and are no longer necessary.

Figure 13 - Drawing #34600-0001, Rev.1, Sheet 2 shows the feed to the old UPS panel (equipment identification number SEP-4J) being deleted.

Figure 14 - Drawing #34600-0001, Rev. 2, Sheet I documents the feed to the old UPS panel (equipment identification number SEP-4J) being deleted.

Fig,re 15 - Drawing #34600-0119, Rev.1, Sheet 2 shows the addition of equipment identification nu..rs SBS-7D (heat duct control panel) SEP-5A (HVAC control panel), and SEP-6F (power distribution panel) and the deletion of SEP-4J (the feed to then old UPS panel). This drawing also shows the current layout of CAS.
