COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT PAYMENT INFORMTION Payment will be made within thirty (30) days after receipt of the billing unless the billing is improper or the cooperator has failed to comply with the program objectives, cooperative agreement award conditions, Federal reporting requirements or other conditions specified in OMB Circular A-102/A-110, whichever is applicable.
