NRC-02-91-002 Modification No.10 Page 2 of 2 The purpose of this modification is to amend subsection B.3 paragraph (c) to reflect a deobligation of excess ftInds, therefore, the obligated amount is decreased by $2.185.66.
Accordingly, the following sections of the contract are hereby modified:
Under subsection B.3 CONSIDERATION AND OBLIGATION--COST PLUS FIXE 0 FEE (JUNE 1988) ALTERNATE I (JUN 1991) paragraphs- (c) is revised to reflect a deobligation of $2.185.66 and is therefore deleted in its entirety and the following paragraph is substituted in lieu thereof:
