The purpose of this modification is to: (1) obligate FY 97 funds in the amount of $20.000.00, thereby increasing the obligated amount of the subject contract from $392,230.00 to $412.230.00 and (2) revise the name of the individual reflected as project officer under Subsection G.I.

Accordingly, the contract is hereby modified as follows:

Under Subsection B.4, Consideration and Obligation Delivery Orders

(JUN 1988) Paragraph b is deleted in its entirety and the following is substituted in lieu thereof:

"(b) The amount presently obligated with respect to this contract is

$412,230.00. The Contractin Officer may issue orders for work up to the amount presently obli ated. This obligated amount may be unilaterally increased from ime to time by the Contracting Officer by written modification to this contract. The obligated amount shall, at no time, exceed the contract ceiling as specified in paragraph a above. When and if the amount (s) paid and payable to the Contractor hereunder shall equal the obligated amount, the Contractor shall not be obligated to continue performance of the work unless and until the Contracting Officer shall increase the amount obligated with respect to this contract. Any work undertaken by the Contractor in excess of the obligated amount.
