l Enclosed are the latest issues of two recently changed Waterford 3 Emergency Plan Implementing Procedures. These submittals are being made in accordance with Appendix E of 10CFR50. These changes were reviewed in accordance with l
10CFR50.54 requirements and were determined not to decrease the effectiveness of the emergency plan.
included in this submittal are the following procedures:

EP-002-050 (Revision 15, Change 3), Offsite Dose Assessment (Manual).
l This change is editorial in nature and deletes Procedure HP-001-237 as a reference and replaces it with Procedure CE-003-0517.

EP-003-020 (Revision 9, Change 3), Emergency Preparedness Drills and i
Exercises. This change is editorial in nature and identifies the change number for a previous change to step 3.4.1.6.
