SHUTDOWN OF CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES  !

On January 2,1979, APC0 will commence a reduction in force of 1160 personnel at the Farley site. APC0 anticipates that construction shutdown and layoff activities will take from 4-6 days. APC0 will -

retain approximately 475 construction quality control and craft per-sonnel to maintain the required level of activities. Region II will 4.

Region II (Atlanta) received notification of this planned shutdown by telephone from the APC0 Manager of Quality Assurance at 10:30 a.m. on December 29, 1978.
