Dear Mr. Brock:
Please consider this mailing to be the advance notification required by 10CFR73 of our spent nuclear research reactor fuel shipment "R66-99-2" from the U.Va. Nuclear Reactor Facility to Savannah River, S.C.. Details concerning this, the last of three shipments, are in attachment. We hereby confirm that armed escorts are being arranged for the Salem /Roanoke VA, Charlotte NC and Columbia SC portions of the travel route, as required. Also, the appropriate governors or designees of the states through which the shipment is to made are being notified.
Federal Regulations require all shipment schedule information to be kept confidential until at least,
