Mod # 8 Con # NRC-26-95-353 CONTINUATION PAGE This purpose of this contract modification is to allot a final $4,500 in 1.incremental funds to the contract to cover additional subcontractor delivery and storage costs incurred due a change in Ukrainian customs regulations on January 1, 1998. Accordingly, the contract is modified as follows:
$4,500 in incremental funding under job code U9700 is hereby allotted to 2.this contract. As a result, Section B.3 Consideration and Obligation is hereby replaced with the following Section B.3 below:
B.3 CONSIDERATION AND OBLIGATION--COST PLUS FIXED FEE (a)
The total estimated cost to the Government for full performance of this contract is $2,617,575 (excluding options), of which the sum of $2,423,680 represents the reimbursable costs, and of which $193,895 represents the fixed fee.
(b)
There shall be no adjustment in the amount of the contractor's fixed fea by reason of differences between any estimate of costs for performance of the work under this contract and the actual cost for performance of that work.
(c)
The amount obligated by the Government with respect to this contract is
$2,169,500, of which the sum of $2,008,796 represents the estimated reimbursable costs, and of which $160,704 represents the fixed fee.
No additional funding is anticipated to be allotted to this contract.
(d)
The total estimated cost to the Government for the Option specified under C. 3.d. (14 ), if exercised, is $279,437.
