Contract No. NRC-04-96-060 Modification No. 4 Page 2 of 2 The purpose of this modification is to increase the contract ceiling by $213,247.00 to accommodate exercise of priced Optional Subtasks SC(ii)A, SC(ii)B1, SC(ii)B3, SC(iv), SC(v)l and SC(vi)- MSLB Benchmark Assistance (for the base year and Option Year 1) under the current contract in accordanco with the statement of work contained in Section C (as revised by Modification No. 2) and the Contractor's technical proposal dated August 13,1997.

Accordingly, the contract is modified as follows:

Under Section B.3, " Consideration and Obligation - Cost Plus Fixcd Cee," paragraph a is deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following in lieu thereof; l

"a.

The total estimated cost to the Govemment for full performance of this contract is $1,825,831.91 of which the sum of $1,701,778.90 represents the estimated reimbursable costs and of which $124,053.01 represents the fixed fee."

A summary of obligations for this contract, from award date through the date of this action, is given below:
