Dear Dr. Liebrock:
The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) periodically evaluates past performance of contractors during the life of the contract, and also at the end of the contract, in accordance with Federal Acquisition Rcqulation Part 42.15.
Information collected is used by NRC staff as a tool for monitoring 3erformance with contractors and is also maintained and provided to other r deral Agencies requesting such information for their procurement processes.
