Dear Dr. Mahaffy:
The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) periodically evaluates past performance of contractors during the life of the contract, and also at the end of the contract, in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 42.15.
Information collected is used by NRC staff as a tool for monitoring

7ederal Agencies requesting such information for_ their procurement processes.
The attached " Contractor Performance Report" has been completed by the Project Officer for your contract number NRC-04-96-070.
