FINAL RADIOLOGICAL SURVEYS, ENGELHARD CORPORATION, HARVARD AVENUE
Dear Mr. Koh:
We received and reviewed your August 12,1997, submittal on behalf of the Engelhard Corporation comaining the Final Radiological Surveys for the interior of the Raw Shed (L-5), L 1, the Warehouse, and the interior and exterior of the Garage, for the Engelhard site at 1000 Harvard Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio. In the cover letter of your submittal you requested the unrestricted release of the above structures. Our review determined that your submittal was adequate to support the conclusion that these structures have been remediated below the NRC's guidellnes for unrestricted release. However, the final release of these structures will be dependent on a successful closeout survey by NRC Region 111.
