' TROJAN NUCLEAR PLANT Trojan Operating Report October 1990 L:
H OPERATIONS.
The plant entered October in Mode 3 with main turbine undergoing

!'t inspections / repairs. Mode 2 was entered at 0106 on October 6, 1990 and the-reactor was taken critical at 0152 on October 6, 1990.-
l The - plant entered - Mode l ' at- 0341 on October 6,
1990 and the generator _was synchronized to the grid at 1207 on October 6, 1990.
The plantc reached.100% power at 2059 on October 6, 1990.
PlantEoperationicontinued at~ essentially 100% power unti'l 1150 on October J18,.1990,- when power was reduced.to obtain 100% max delta-T untilfdelta-T' limit questions could be resolved.

JPower operation was further, restricted by the Plant General Manager
