A strike vote is to be taken Friday evening August 18.
The licensee has prepared a strike plan which has been reviewed by Region II, Atlanta.
The licensee is uncertain as to the outcome of the strike vote, but is prepared to implement the plan.
The plant security force is not represented by the union and
